George Parker Young

George Parker Young is a trial and appellate lawyer with more than 40 years in complex litigation — business, tort, oil and gas, fiduciary duty, corporate governance, cybersecurity, and intellectual property. He has tried and argued cases from Texas district courts to the U.S. Supreme Court, and has handled 25+ appeals along the way.

His work spans high-profile class actions, multidistrict litigation, and minority-shareholder-oppression cases, on which he has written and lectured extensively. Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, he is consistently recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer and a Best Lawyer in America.
